Hi I’m Liz, a mum of two and a former Great Britain Modern Pentathlete. I know how challenging it can be to juggle fitness, energy, and everyday life.
I created the FitMenopause Programme to support women through one of life’s biggest transitions. My background in sport and personal training, combined with my passion for women’s health, means I’ve designed a programme that blends fitness, nutrition, and mindset into one simple app.
